Niles Andersen, CAPS - President
Mr. Andersen has more than 30 years experience in property management. After nearly 10 years with the Associated Press, Mr. Andersen began his career in Real Estate as a leasing consultant. He has experience with new construction/lease-up properties, re-hab, turn-a-round and property stabilization. Mr. Andersen brings together broad experience from his past associations which include: Warner Management, Lincoln Property, Medford Property Company, Sam Zell’s First Property Management (the forerunner to Equity Residential), Brentwood/Trammel Crow, Altman Development/Management, Cardinal Apartment Management, Owners Property Management and Archon Management (Goldman Sachs). Mr. Andersen served as president of the Louisville Apartment Association, President of the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and Vice President of the Florida Apartment Association. He has taught numerous courses in leasing, management and resident services for various associations including the National Apartment Association. Mr. Andersen joined America First Properties Management in 2000 and previously held positions as Regional Manager and Asset Manager. Mr. Andersen attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha and Longview and Rockhurst Colleges in Missouri.

Kevin McKeon – Regional Vice President
Mr. McKeon has over 12 years experience in property management, including rehab, lease-up and stabilized properties. As a Regional Manager, he is responsible for the ongoing success of the properties.
He started his career in property management as a Leasing Consultant and Property Manager for Granados Management Company. He was also a Community Manager with Simpson Property Group and Property Manager for Related Capital. Kevin is a CPM candidate and is an active member of the Apartment Association of Greater Omaha and Lincoln serving on its Legislative Committee. Mr. McKeon joined America First Properties Management in 2001 as a Property Manager prior to moving to his current position. Mr. McKeon attended the University of Akron.

Sheri Stambaugh, CAM, HCCP - Regional Manager/Director of Tax Credit Compliance
Sheri has over 20 years of property management experience starting her career in 1987 as a Leasing Consultant. Sheri has vast experience with lease-ups and establishing properties ranging from affordable housing to luxury communities. Prior to joining America First Properties Management, Sheri held various positions with Towne Properties and has also served as compliance manager for multiple LIHTC affordable housing communities. Sheri holds the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation, awarded by the National Apartment Association and the HCCP designation (Housing Credit Certified Professional) awarded by the National Association of Home Builders for demonstrated proficiency in the tax-credit housing field. Sheri has also been active in the Greater Dayton Apartment Association.

Kim Rossington, CAM – Regional Property Manager
Mrs. Rossington has more than 18 years experience in property management and has held a variety of positions ranging from leasing consultant to Regional Property Manager. Mrs. Rossington worked for Pinnacle Management, Owners Property Management, Merry Land Investment, Inc, Merry Land Properties, Equity, AIMCO, ADVENIR and Property Counselors Management Group. Mrs. Rossington has substantial direct and supervisory management experience with new construction/lease-ups, rehabilitation and repositioning properties, maximizing stabilized properties, overseeing condominium conversions and new construction condominium sales. She also has extensive property acquisitions experience with Merry Land Investment Inc., Merry Land Properties, ADVENIR, and Montecito Property Company. Mrs. Rossington holds the CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) designation, awarded by the National Apartment Association, and a Florida Real Estate License. She has served on various apartment associations as well as realtor educational and planning committees.

Michelle Lage – Asset Manager/Financial Analyst
Ms. Lage analyzes income, operating expenses, capital improvements and annual budgets to help improve the overall performance of the assets. She is also responsible for property compliance with local, state and various finance agencies and reviews all internal audits and performs ongoing risk management. Before moving into her current role, Ms. Lage was an Asset Management Analyst for America First Apartment Investors where she was responsible for cash and risk management, financial analysis, property compliance and the evaluation of best business practices through cost/benefit analysis and benchmarking. Prior to that position, Ms. Lage was a Cash Manager for America First Properties Management where she was responsible for all Cash and Risk Management for the Company. Ms. Lage joined America First Properties Management in 1999. Ms. Lage holds a BA in Finance and Banking from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

John Sons, NALP - Occupancy Specialist
John has more than 20 years of property management experience. His career began as an Activity Director for Capital Realty Group, a part-time position he held while serving in the United States Air Force. John is proud to be a veteran of the Gulf War and, following his Honorable Discharge from the Military; Mr. Sons worked in several capacities in property management with Walden Residential, Colonial Properties, Roseland Management and Owners Property Management. Mr. Sons joined America First Properties Management in 2001 where he managed one of the Company’s most successful properties for more than three years. Mr. Sons has earned leasing and marketing awards from the Philadelphia Apartment Association and served on the Board of Directors for the Space Coast Apartment Association. John provides review, design and marketing assistance and monitors market and industry trends to assure the competitiveness of America First Properties Management communities.

Dora Stuch – Director of Property Management, America First Communities
Dora has over 20 years experience in property management. As Director of Property Management for America First Communities, she is responsible for the overall management of military housing at Offutt Air Force Base in Bellevue, Nebraska. Prior to joining America First Communities she held various management positions with Myan Management and Maryland properties. At InterSouth Management she was the Regional Manager overseeing the success of four properties. Ms. Stuch joined America First Communities in March 2006. She attended August University, holds a South C. Apartment Management License and was past Chairperson for the Welcome Committee for the Apartment Association of Greater Omaha and Lincoln.

Jenny McKeon – District Manager
Mrs. McKeon has more than 16 years experience in property management. She supervises several communities in the Omaha area. She has experience in both lease-up and established communities of both high-rise and garden construction. Jenny participates in the training of new employees, and is a member of the America First Properties Policy Advisory Council. Mrs. McKeon began her career as a Leasing Consultant in Des Moines, Iowa. Prior to her current position she served as a District Manager with America First Properties Management (AFPM) in Daytona Beach, Florida. Mrs. McKeon holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation which is awarded by the National Apartment Association. Mrs. McKeon currently serves on the Board of The Apartment Association of Greater Omaha/Lincoln and is actively involved in tradeshow planning and member communication.
